Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3-5 business days).

If you need to return an item, please email us and let us know you are returning an item. We'll then send you an instruction on where to send a returning item.
NOTE: Fail to do so will reject your return request and there will be no refund to you at all !

How to Use

  • Remove makeup

Remove stubborn makeup. Then dampen the skin, and apply a pea-sized amount of Micro-Foam Cleanser over the face and neck.

  • Apply cleanser

Massage the cleanser into your skin using fingertips OR with your FOREO LUNATM device, for a deeper and more efficient cleanse.

  • Rinse off

Rinse the cleanser off with clean water, and gently pat skin dry. Follow with your favorite serum or your regular skincare routine, as desired.

SHIPPING AND RETURN

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, include photo, purchase date, order number and payment amount.

To start a return, you must contact us at sales@viralemart.com first. If you have returned any product without notify us first, we will not accept your returned product and there will be no refund can be issued back to you, we are also not responsible for the loss of the returned product/products. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instruction on how, where to send your package, and how much refund will be issued. Note: This step is very important when you do wish to return a cosmetic product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
At this moment, exchange is not an available option for online purchase. We are expecting this option to be available in the year of 2023.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. . Usually it will takes 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
