Prices and Services

1. All styles are priced $90. Custom designs based on pictures are also accepted; please send the picture and detailed request.

2. If the custom order is canceled within 24 hours, the deposit can be refunded. After 24 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.

3. Custom-sized orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once sold. Please ensure the size and nail shape are confirmed when placing the order. If you need to change the size after placing the order, please inform us within 72 hours; after 72 hours, a fee of 3 Canadian dollars per piece will be charged for size changes.

4. We will notify you in advance of the production schedule; rush orders are not accepted.

5. After completion, a video of the finished product will be sent to you. Please pay the balance promptly, and the order will be shipped within 36 hours. The tracking number will be provided to you.

6. Each set of nail pieces comes with a storage box, jelly glue, a file, a nail removal stick, and alcohol wipes.

7. All styles will provide a tracking number.

About Handmade Art Nails

Please be sure to read the following instructions carefully：

1. Art nails are different from everyday nails. For the sake of delicate and beautiful effects, some practicality may be sacrificed. For example, embossed and inlaid designs may catch hair and scratch clothes. Please be aware.

2. Some heavy-duty designs will reduce some processes to achieve the effect, such as full diamond and oil painting micro-carving designs that do not have a sealing layer. This may make the nail pieces more prone to damage. If adjustments are needed, please inform us.

3. Hand-made products inevitably have flaws and manual marks. Custom versions may have different details from the initial version, and adjustments will be made to optimize unsuitable parts of the initial version. The overall effect will not be affected and may even be more refined. Perfectionists should avoid purchasing.

Wearing and Maintenance Instructions

1. Before wearing, be sure to buff the surface of your nails and clean off any nail dust and grease. Do not touch water within 2 hours after wearing. Due to differences in wearing methods and daily usage, we only provide materials and do not guarantee the duration of wear. Please consider carefully before purchasing.                                                                              
2. For nail pieces worn with glue, if not needed, they can be removed with glue remover. The glue remover dissolves the nail piece, making it unusable again after removal.

3. Do not wipe the nail pieces with alcohol or corrosive agents.

4. Avoid bumping, dropping, and forceful bending as much as possible.

Soft Tape Measurement Method

1. As shown in the picture, start measuring from the widest part of the left nail groove with any scale of the soft tape.

2. Wrap around to the right nail groove and end the measurement.

3. Record the reading in millimeters (mm), making sure to include the curvature.

Tissue Paper Measurement Method

1. As shown in the picture, start marking from the widest part of the left nail groove with tissue paper or paper.

2. Wrap around to the right nail groove and end the marking.

3. Lay the tissue paper flat on the table and measure it with a ruler or a measuring app. Record in millimeters (mm), making sure to include the curvature. Ensure the tissue paper is flat against the nail surface.
