HOW TO USE 

Before your first cleanse, press universal button once to sync the device with the FOREO app and choose your cleansing intensity.

1. Remove all makeup, dampen skin and then apply your FOREO Micro-Foam Cleanser.

2. Press universal button once for cleansing mode or quick-press twice for glow boost mode.*

3. Cleanse using circular movements on cheeks and forehead, gliding up and down the nose.

4. Press and hold button for 3 seconds to turn off device.

5. Rinse and pat your face dry. *Device will automatically switch off after 30 seconds in glow boost mode

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase, include photo, purchase date, order number and payment amount.

To start a return, you must contact us at sales@viralemart.com first. If you have returned any product without notify us first, we will not accept your returned product and there will be no refund can be issued back to you, we are also not responsible for the loss of the returned product/products. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return instruction on how, where to send your package, and how much refund will be issued.
Note: This step is very important when you do wish to return a cosmetic product.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items

We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
At this moment, exchange is not an available option for online purchase. We are expecting this option to be available in the year of 2023.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. . Usually it will takes 14 business days for us to receive and process your return, then an additional 3-5 business days to receive your refund. Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
